a back to dance sninner...

With back to school this week, we're also back to our crazy activities schedule.  Monday was a typical long night of ballet, pointe and music lessons, so I packed the girl a sninner to get her through the evening...
She had whole wheat cinnamon raisin bread for the breadmaker (recipe from 100 Days of Real Food) with a light spread of cream cheese, sun dried tomato hummus with veggies (cucumbers and peppers), fruit (grapes, blueberries and blackberries) and some leftover ham.

Both kids really liked the cinnamon raisin bread!  I'm going to add it to my homemade whole wheat bread options.  I really love my muffin recipe, but it's a mess and takes a decent chunk of time.  So, I don't make muffins as often as I should.  This was quick, easy and mess free in the bread maker!

    1. Thanks so much! We're out of town for the weekend.... but I'll be sure and post the specs on our bread machine when we get back. My husband picked it out for me a couple of years ago and it has been perfect for our needs so far!
