Saturday night we decided to go to the drive-in again since there was a new first feature. Jeff had cut up a big watermelon to have with our dinner and we had a little bit left. We debated on what to do with it and ended up deciding to pack it up in our
EasyLunchboxes and take it to the drive-in with us for a healthy movie snack...
I threw in some grapes and wheat thins to fill the other sections and we were ready to go!
We always let the kids pick a treat from the snack shop when we get there. Alex was enjoying his slushie and they were both a little hyped up at this point...
It was a beautiful night! A little chilly, but we came prepared with our blankets and jackets.
We watched the cartoons....
and then it was time for the first feature... Ice Age: Continental Drift...
Didn't "love" it, but we have so much fun going to the drive-in as a family, it really didn't matter!
